국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Rosenshine(1983)의 직접교수모형에 William Glasser (1998)의 리드형 관리 요소를 적용한 중학교 체육수업모형을 개발하는 것이며, 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, Glasser의 리드형 관리 요소를 Rosenshine(1983)의 직접교수모형에 적용하여 중학교 체육수업모형 초안을 구성한 후, 내적 타당화를 거쳐 수업모형안을 개발한다. 둘째, 이 수업모형안에 근거하여 수업지도안을 구성하고 이에 따라 수업을 실시한 후, 외적 타당화를 거쳐 최종 수업모형을 확정한다. 연구에서 사용한 주요 연구방법으로 Richey와 Klein(2012)이 제안하고 있는 문헌 검토와 전문가 검토 그리고 심층면담을 활용하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구를 검토하여 Glasser의 리드형 관리 주요소 8개와 하위요소 32개를 추출하였고 이를 Rosenshine(1983)의 직접교수모형에 적용하여 초기 수업모형안을 구성한 후, 내적 타당화를 거쳐 수업모형안을 개발하였다. 둘째, 수업모형안을 바탕으로 지도안을 구성하여 수업을 실시한 후, 외적 타당화를 거쳤으며, 학습자 반응 평가와 교수자 반응 평가를 반영하여 최종 수업모형을 확정하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to develop an instructional model for physical education of middle school by applying the William Glasser’s lead management elements to the Rosenshine’s direct instructional model. The contents of the study were as follows. First, the Glasser s lead management elements were extracted and then an initial model was developed by applying them to the Rosenshine’s direct instructional model and by examining its internal validity. Second, the teaching guides were developed based upon the instructional model, and the final instructional model was determined by implementing the actual teaching based on the guides and by examining its external validity. The major methods used in the study were the literature review, export’s review and in-depth interview suggested by Richey and Klein. The results of this study were as follows. First, through reviewing the literature, eight main elements and 32 sub-elements of Glasser s lead management were extracted. The initial instructional model was constructed by applying them to the Rosenshine’s direct teaching model. And the instructional model was developed by examining its internal validity. Second, the teaching guides were developed based upon the instructional model, and the final instructional model was determined by implementing the actual teaching based on the guides and by examining its external validity. The results implied that the model could be used as a useful tool for increasing the effectiveness of physical education of middle school.
