초등학교 학부모의 문화예술활동 경험 및 경험 동기가 심리적 성숙에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

초등학교 학부모의 심리적 성숙은 성인으로서 자신의 발달과업이며 자녀양육과 교육의 역할을 수행하는 부모로서의 발달과업이기도 하다. 본 연구는 문화예술활동은 인간의 감성, 인성 등 심리적 성숙에 영향을 미친다는 문헌고찰 내용을 근거로 초등학교 학부모의 문화예술활동 경험 및 참여 동기가 심리적 성숙에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 문화예술활동 경험의 총횟수, 경험유형에 따라 심리적 성숙에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 문화예술활동 경험의 총횟수가 평균이상인 집단이 평균이하인 집단에 비해 심리적 성숙도가 높았으며 창작형 경험 집단이 감상형 경험 집단보다 심리적 성숙도가 높았다. 둘째, 초등학교 학부모의 문화예술활동 경험 동기는 내적동기, 외적동기 순으로 심리적 성숙에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 무동기는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구를 통해 문화예술활동 경험과 경험 동기가 초등학교 학부모의 심리적 성숙에 영향을 미치는 변인임을 확인함으로써 문화예술활동의 중요성에 대한에 대한 근거를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the cultural arts activity-experience and participation motives on the psychosocial maturity among elementary school parents. For this, culture and art activities(presence of experience, type, frequency), and motivation to engage in culture and arts activities participation motives (intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, amotivation), have been selected as the independent variables that influence psychosocial maturity (self actualization & work commitment, positive sense and calmness, autonomy and aesthetic sensitivity factor) have been selected as the Dependent variable. In pursuit of the purpose, this study tested cultural arts activity-behavior, participation motives and psychological maturity. with the samples of 173 elementary school-parents. With respects to statistical analysis of data collected in this study, statistical analysis has been conducted through the process of data coding and cleaning with the use of SPSS 21. Then the descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis of targets have been conducted based on demographic characteristics. In addition, independent sample t test and multiple regression analysis have been conducted for test. According to the results, there was a significant difference in psychological maturity according to the first experience of culture and art activities. Second, there was a significant difference according to the group level of participation motivation. The subordinate factors of Cultural Arts Activities and Participation motivations have a significant positive effect on psychosocial maturity (self actualization & work commitment, positive sense and calmness, autonomy and aesthetic sensitivity factor)
