국문 초록

이 연구는 지체중복장애 학생의 의사소통 지원에 대한 외부 전문가 컨설팅을 제공받은 전문적학습공동체 구성원들의 경험을 분석하였다. 컨설팅 경험이 교사들의 교수 효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지, 그리고 학교 내 전문적학습공동체 운영자로서 학교 내 역할과 지원의 방향에 대한 인식은 어떠한지를 조사하였다. 연구방법은 연구회 활동에 참여한 2개교 교사 14명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰로 진행하였고, 지속적 비교분석법을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 전문적학습공동체교사들은 전문가 컨설팅을 통해 교육전문가로서의 교수 효능감을 회복하는 기회가 되었다고 하였다. 둘째, 전문가 컨설팅이 1년에 걸친 장기적인 지원으로 정서적 지지와 도전감을 갖게 되었으며, 전문적학습공동체를 통해 학교와 교사의 지속가능한 AAC 지원 역량을 강화할 수 있는 기회가 되었다고 하였다. 하지만, 학생의 학습 가능성에 대한 교사 인식과 행ㆍ재정적 지원 체계의 미흡을 걸림돌로 꼽고 있었으며, 학교 실정에 맞는 의사소통 지원 매뉴얼 개발 및 적용의 틀을 마련되어야 한다고 지적하였다. 마지막으로 성공적으로 학생에게 적합한 AAC 지원을 하기 위해서는 협력하는 학교 풍토 조성이 시급하다고 지적하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 전문적학습공동체의 역할과 학교 교육의 방향성에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the experiences of members of the professional learning community(PLC) who were provided with external expert consulting on communication support for students with retardation disabilities. We examined how consulting experience affected teachers teaching efficacy and how they perceived the role and direction of support in the school as a PLC operator in the school. The research method was conducted by focusing group interview with 14 teachers of two schools participating in the research group activities. We analyzed the data through continuous comparative analysis and derived four main-categories and 13 sub-categories. The results were as follows: First, PLC teachers have been given the opportunity to restore teaching efficacy as an educational expert through expert consulting. Second, expert consulting has gained emotional support and challenge through long-term support over a year, and it has become an opportunity to strengthen the capacity of schools and teachers to support sustainable AAC through a PLC. However, it pointed out that the teacher s awareness of the possibility of learning of the students and the financial and financial support system were obstacles, and that the framework for the development and application of communication support manuals suitable for the school situation should be established. Finally, I pointed out that it is urgent to create a school climate that cooperates with students to support AAC successfully. Based on these results, we discussed the role of the PLC and the direction of school education in the future.
