학급 내 갈등상황 속에서 나타나는 적대적 귀인에 대한 사례 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 공격성을 보이는 아이가 적대적으로 귀인을 하는지, 적대적으로 귀인을 한다면 어떤 상황에서 아이의 인식이 적대적인 귀인을 불러일으키는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 학급 내에서 공격적인 성향이 강한 여름이를 중심으로 적대적 귀인이 어떻게 일어나는가를 집중 분석하였다. 그 결과, 적대적 귀인이 갈등상황에서 세 가지 유형으로 나타남을 발견하였다. 첫째, 조언이나 충고, 장난 등의 긍정적인 자극에 대해서 여름이는 적대적으로 귀인하여 공격적인 행동을 하였다. 둘째, 상대에 대한 나쁜 의도성이 없는 우발적인 상황에 대해 여름이는 적대적으로 귀인하였다. 셋째, 여름이는 학급에서 소외당하고‘왕따’ 당하는 아이들이 자신에게 보이는 행동에 대해 적대적으로 귀인하였다. 이상의 사례 연구결과, 긍정적인 급우의 자극, 우발적인 상황, 왕따 당하는 아이의 행동 등에 대한 적대적 귀인이 공격적 행동으로 이어짐을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 공격적인 행동의 빈도를 줄이기 위해서는 무엇보다 적대적 귀인 오류를 줄일 수 있는 방법을 찾아내어 적절한 조치가 가해져야 한다. 이와 동시에 학급 내에서 갈등상황을 적대적으로 귀인하는 공격적인 아이의 생각이 학급전체의 의견이 되지 않도록 함으로써 갈등상황이 전체학급으로 확대, 재생산되지 않도록 하는 일이 중요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore whether the aggressive child makes hostile attribution, and if so, what conflict situation brings about hostile attribution. For this purpose, this study focused on how hostile attribution occurred in the central figure named as Yeorum in the classroom in the elementary school. As a result, the three types of hostile attribution was found in the conflict situation. First, for positive stimulations such as advice or prank, he has behaved in hostile attribution. Second, for the accidental situation without bad intention against an opponent, he had hostilely attributed. To him, there was no reason to listen to the explanation or listen to the situation. or communicate with the others. Third, he has hostilely perceived the behavior of the child who was bullied in the classroom. To the children who was alienated and had low rank in the classroom, he has shown a hostile and aggressive behaviors. Based on the case studies, we have found that hostile attributions on a positive stimulation, incidental circumstances and the behaviors of bullied children lead to aggressive behaviors. Therefore, in order to reduce the incidence of aggressive behavior, it is important to have appropriate action for reducing the attribution errors.
