The most important thing which creates high added value in today s modern society is the culture contents industry. There is a stronghold of an excellent philosophy, which when universally adopted by humankind, brings a new possession of imagination and ability hat very surely embodies a creative mindset; and, concretely so. Therefore, those who foster, and those who advance this practical approach and method, must advance the cultural sensibilities of teenagers who have an earnest desire and a strong potential to be a producer as well as becoming an ideal consumer of the cultural contents industry. Cultural education in the 21th century is sectioned by a dichotomy of opposing values, namely, high-quality culture and mass cultism stemming from a paganistic value system. Purity and application to the mainstream value system ushers in the attainment of high artistic values. This form of art is accelerated continuously by a stream of multimedia programming. Through this endeavor, we can know the cultural derivations of content that characterizes the main current of public taste. This defines the cultural contents industry. Moreover, proper cultural education involves balancing the learning environment: school, society, health and home. This balance, among the foregoing areas, develops skills and knowledge that are enhanced by a strong sense of ethic. Moreover, the balance affords a practical defense against the enemy, by exposing and defining actions and reactions that stem from core axiomatic sensibilities, and which foster an awareness of the pitfalls of hypnotic mind control mechanisms. Much can be done to extend the base of cultural education. By approaching abilities that can activate drama, the music contents connected with culture and music videos, broadcast Television, including TV ads, movies and animation, through their respective applications, shall introduce cultural education as a One Source Multi Use characteristic of creativity in action. In summary, the creative mind must be cultivated with the highest potential artistic sensibilities, such that the expression improves society through the public main stream of the multimedia-based Cultural Contents Industry. Through such an initiative, we can broaden the base of cultural education to a wide cross-section of the public and thus cultivate creativity and artistry on a mass scale.
