중등 음악과 예비교사 양성과정에서의 수업실연 실태조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 중등 음악과 예비교사 양성 교육과정에서 실시되는 수업실연의 실태를 조 사하고 보다 체계적인 수업실연 운영에 대한 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국 10개의 사범대학 및 교육대학원에 재학 중인 학생과 일반교직을 수강하는 3-4학년 360명을 대상으로 수업실연에 대한 현황 및 인식에 대해 설문조사를 하였다. 효과적인 수업실연을 위해서는 수업실연의 좋은 예시가 필요하다고 했으며, 활 동 영역별로 다양한 수업실연의 경험을 갖는 것이 필요하다고 응답하였다 수업실연이 교육실습에 도웅이 되었다는 응답은 매우 높게 나타났으며, 그 중에서 ``교수· 학습안 작성``, ``의사소통 능력``, ``교수자료 활용능력`` 이 가장 도웅이 되었다고 답하였다. 수업실연을 한 후 실천적 지식에 대한 이해가 전반적으로 높게 나타났으며, 그 중 수업준비와 의사 소통기술의 중요성에 대해서 이해하게 되었고 특히 교사 전문성에 대한 이해가 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions and status of teaching demonstration led by secondary pre-service music teachers as well as the pre-service music teachers` perceptions regarding the teaching demonstration. To this end, this study distributed copies of a questionnaire to 360 students in their junior and senior years at ten teachers` colleges and graduate schools of education across Korea The respondents turned out to have quite a good understanding and perception of teaching demonstration. They reported that they came to understand the importance of preparing for classes and communication skills as a result of leading teaching demonstration. They also reported an improved understanding of the teaching profession. They also pointed out that video recordings helped with their teaching. They also put the great emphasis on imparting the knowledge required by the curriculum in leading teaching demonstration. They believe that examples of teaching demonstration make their teaching more effective, and also that it is important for pre- service teachers to have a diverse range of demonstration methods in each discipline. The study intended to provide basic data and information that would provide practical knowledge for teaching demonstration.
