국문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of telenursing. Methods: Using the framework of Walker and Avant’s concept analysis, 29 articles on telenursing were selected for this study. Results: As a result of the concept analysis of telenursing, attributes such as non-face-to-face remote nursing care, utilization of information and communication technology (ICT), health status monitoring, individualized nursing service, and multidisciplinary collaboration were derived. Antecedents were identified including lack of available resources, limited accessibility to medical facilities, ICT infrastructure, and ICT literacy. Consequences were identified including easy accessbility, costs and time savings, efficient use of resources, continuity of care, and increased nurse-patient satisfaction. The definition of telenursing refers to all activities in which nurses monitor health status or provide individualized nursing services in a non-face-to-face manner using ICT in remote locations. It is a nursing delivery system led by a nurse, but implemented through multidisciplinary collaboration. Conclusion: This work may guide nurse clinicians, researchers, and healthcare leaders to better understand, apply, and study telenursing. In addition, this study results may contribute to the development of a variety of nursing programs and conceptual measurement tools regarding telenursing.
