국문 초록

본 연구는 한국 초기 성인의 팬데믹 이후 건강증진행위 수준을 확인하고, SNS 중독경향성과 시간관리능력이 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구 대상자는 만 19-35세까지의 초기성인 235명이며, 2022년 9월부터 10월까지 온라인 설문을 통해 자료 수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 program을이용하여 분석하였고, 대상자의 건강증진행위는 보통 수준이었으며, 개인위생 영역의 점수가 가장 높았고, 식습관 및 신체활동 영역이 가장 낮았다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 일반적 특성을 투입한 model 1은팬데믹 이후 건강증진행위를 28.3% 설명하였고, SNS 중독경향성을 추가 투입한 model 2는 36.3% 설명하였으며, 시간관리능력을 추가 투입한 model 3은 팬데믹 이후 건강증진행위를 50.6% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 SNS 중독경향성과 시간관리능력이 초기 성인의 팬데믹 이후 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 미치고있었으므로, 건강한 SNS 사용과 시간관리 능력 향상 내용을 포함하는 건강증진 프로그램이 개발되어야할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study identifies the level of post-pandemic health promotion behaviors among young adults in South Korea and the influence of social network service(SNS) addiction tendency and time management skills. Data were collected through an online survey from September to October 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0. The participants’ health promotion behaviors were moderate, with the highest scores in personal hygiene and the lowest scores in diet and physical activity. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that Model 1, which includes general characteristics, explains 28.3% of post-pandemic health promotion behaviors; Model 2, which also includes SNS addiction tendency, explains 36.3%; and Model 3, which also includes time management ability, explains 50.6%. In conclusion, SNS addiction tendency and time management skills significantly affect young adults’ post-pandemic health promotion behaviors, and health promotion programs that include healthy SNS use and time management skills should be developed.
