중국 자동차 산업의 역물류 네트워크 최적화에 관한 연구

국문 초록

역물류 네트워크 설계는 전략적 수준의 의사 결정에 속하며, 폐차의 회수 과정은 완벽한 역물류 네트워크의 지원과 불가분의관계이다. 본 연구는 녹색경제와 순환경제를 배경으로 각각 탄소세 정책과 탄소거래시장 정책의 두 가지 제약조건에서 폐차 역물류 네트워크를 설계하고, 다목적 혼합정수 선형계획 모델을 구축하여 폐차의 회수, 해체, 재처리, 재유통 등 4가지 단계에서 시작하여 탄소 배출량과 원가를 최소화할 수 있도록 해당하는 제약조건을 설정하였다. 또한, 중국의 한 자동차 생산업체를 예로 들며, 사례검증(算例验证)을 진행하고 lingo11.0을 이용해 경제적 효과 극대화(즉, 원가 최소화)와 환경적 효과 극대화에 따른 모델의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동종 탄소 배출 정책하에서 순수 전기차를 사용하는 운송 원가가 연료 자동차를 사용하는 것보다 낮다. 둘째, 두 탄소 정책하에서 탄소 배출권 거래 정책은 배출 감축 효과가 더 좋고, 네트워크 운영 원가가 낮다. 셋째, 거래형 탄소 제약이 기업의 원가절감과 탄소 배출 감소에 더 도움이 되며, 장기적이고 심지어 이미지적인 기업 행위를 형성하는 데 도움이 된다는 점을 알아냈다. 본 연구는 중국 폐차 역물류 네트워크의 최적화를 분석함으로써 중국 폐차 회수 기업의 지속 가능하고 건전한 발전을 촉진하고 경제 환경의 이중 이익을 실현한다. 학계에서 역물류 활동을 전개하는 연구와 실천에 일정한 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Reverse logistics network design is a strategic level of decision-making, and the recovery process of abandoned vehicles is inseparable from the support of a complete reverse logistics network. Against the backdrop of the green economy and the circular economy, this study designed a waste vehicle reverse logistics network under two constraints: carbon tax policy and carbon transaction market policy, respectively, and established a multi-purpose mixed integer linear plan model to minimize carbon emissions and costs. In addition, using a Chinese automobile manufacturer as an example, the results of the model of maximizing economic effects (i.e., minimizing costs) and maximizing environmental effects by conducting case verification and using lingo 11.0 are as follows. First, the cost of transportation using pure electric vehicles under the same carbon emission policy is lower than using fuel cars. Second, under the two carbon policies, carbon trading policies have a better emission reduction effect and lower network operating costs. Third, we found that transactional carbon constraints help companies reduce costs and reduce carbon emissions, and help shape long-term, even image-oriented, corporate behavior. By analyzing the optimization of China's waste vehicle reverse logistics network, this study promotes the sustainable and sound development of Chinese waste vehicle recovery companies and realizes the double benefits of the economic environment.
