대학생의 셀프리더십 연구에 대한 체계적 문헌 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 대학생의 셀프리더십과 자기효능감에 대한 선행연구를 분석하여 국내 연구 동향을 파악하고 대학생 리더십 교육과 관련된 후속 연구를 위한 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내의 데이터베이스(RISS)와 한국인용색지(KCI)를 이용하여 문헌을 수집하였으며, 셀프리더십과 자기효능감의 개념, 특징, 측정방법 등으로 나눠서 국내 연구 동향을 정리하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해 체계적 문헌고찰 방법을 통하여 최종 28편의 문헌을 선별하여 분석하였다. 앞서 세운 기준을 통해 수집된 논문을 기반으로 셀프리더십과 자기효능감의 개념, 대상, 측정도구 등의 세부분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 문헌을 연도별로 분석한 결과 연구는 2009년부터 진행되어, 2016년, 2020년에 각 5편으로 가장 많았다. 둘째, 셀프리더십과 자기효능감의 연구 대상은, 간호대학생, 일반대학생, 전문대학생 등으로 구분되었다. 셋째, 셀프리더십 측정도구는 Houghton & Neck(2002)의 RSLQ를 번안한 신용국 외(2009)의 측정도구를 가장 많이 사용하고, 자기효능감은 Sherer et al.(1982)의 측정도구를 홍혜영(1995)이 번안한 측정도구가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 셀프리더십과 자기효능감 개발을 위해 대학차원에서 리더십 교육 과정 및 프로그램 개발을 위해 투자해야 할 것이 무엇인지를 논의 및 시사점에 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze previous research on undergraduate students' self-leadership and self-efficacy to identify domestic research trends and provide directions. For the selection of literature, this study searched related literature published between January 1, 2009, and October 31, 2022, through KCI and RISS, and finally selected 28 published research papers based on the inclusion and exclusion standards. The final 28 papers were analyzed through a systematic literature review to build a comprehensive understanding. A detailed analysis of the self-leadership and self-efficacy concepts, participants, measures, etc., was conducted based on the papers collected through the criteria established. Main results of this study are as follow. First, since 2009, related research has been published. In 2016 and 2020, there were the most studies, with five each. Second, most research participants were nursing students. Third, the Revised Self-leadership Questionnaire (RSLQ) developed by Houghton and Neck (2002), which was translated into Korean by Shin et al. (2009), is mainly used for measuring self-leadership. For self-efficacy, the Self-Efficacy Scale (SES) developed by Sherer et al. (1982), which was translated into the Korean context by Hong (2015), is primarily used. This research has implications for increasing undergraduate students' self-leadership and self-efficacy. It also gives researchers and practitioners helpful insights about setting up self-leadership and self-efficacy-related programs in higher education institutions so that students can be flexible leaders in a complex society. Suggestions for future research on related issues are discussed.
