국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 관광 전공 조기취업형 계약학과 개설 가능성을 탐색하고, 교육훈련전이 측면에서의 유효성 확보를 고려한 교육훈련프로그램 설계 방향을 제안하는데 있다. 교육부의 조기취업형 계약학과 선도대학 육성사업은고졸자의 진학 욕구 및 조기 취업과 기업의 기본 소양 및 전공 기초지식을 갖춘 우수인재 조기확보를 통한 중소·중견기업의 경쟁력 강화를 동시에 달성할 수 있는 청년 일자리 창출 교육모델 사업이다. 먼저, 관광 전공 조기취업형계약학과 개설 가능성 탐색을 위해 사업 목적을 고려한 미스매치 등 고용관련 지수와 관광산업분야의 고용현황 등관련 지수 및 수요조사 결과를 살펴보았다. 그리고 개설 가능성 결과를 토대로 교육훈련프로그램 설계 시 고려되어야 하는 제반 사항을 논의하고, 교육훈련프로그램 내용의 난이도(수준) 설정을 위해 NCS-KQF-노동력 직능수준-관광산업분야 직능수준을 연계 검토하였다. 이를 토대로 NCS분류 및 능력단위(L2~L4)를 중심으로 교육생들의역량 개발을 위한 교육훈련프로그램 구성 방향 및 가이드(안)을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of opening an early employment contract department in tourism major and to propose an education and training program design direction considering securing the effectiveness in terms of education and training. The Ministry of Education's early employment contract department development project is an educational model for youth job creation that can simultaneously achieve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies by securing excellent talents with high school graduates' desire to enter school and early employment. First, in order to explore the possibility of opening an early employment contract department for tourism majors, we looked at employment-related indexes such as mismatches considering business purposes, and related indexes and demand survey results such as employment status in the tourism industry. Based on the results of the possibility of opening, all matters to be considered when designing education and training programs were discussed, and NCS-KQF-Labour Job Level-Tourism Job Level was linked and reviewed to set the difficulty (level) of the contents of the education and training program. Based on this, the direction and guide to the composition of education and training programs for the development of trainees' competencies were proposed, focusing on NCS classification and competency units (L2 to L4).
