의료기관에서의 IoT기반 상황인식 기술의 활용

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 의료기관에서 IoT기술과 상황인지기술이 적용되고 있는 사례와 현황을 살펴보고, 의료서비스가 가장 먼저 시행되는 진료 접수부터 진료과정 및 진료 후의 과정까지 최근의 정보통신기술을 적용하여 의료서비스의 질적 향상을 도모할 수 있는 방안을 고찰하고자 한다. 이러한 최신 기술들은 의료기관에서 환자를 진료하고 지원하기 위한 다양한 용도로 활용하기 위해 개발이 진행되고 있다. 하지만 의료기관에서 의료기기 및 시스템에 접근하여 유출되는 의료정보는 사회적으로 심각한 문제를 발생시킬 수도 있다. 이에 따라서 IoT와 상황인지 시스템에 적용되는 의료기기들에서 발생하는 의료정보에서 환자의 보안이 유지되어야하는 생체정보와 교류되어야 할 진료정보가 분류되어 전문적인 기술이 적용된 정보활용이 필요하다. 또한 의료정보기술의 발전과 의료서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 대책으로 정부와 관련 기관들의 협력과 공동의 노력이 필요하다.

영문 초록

In this study, look at the case and situation applied IoT technology and context-aware technology in medical institutions. We will consider how to improve the quality of medical services by applying the latest information and communication technology from the reception of the medical service to the medical service to the medical service and post-treatment. These latest technologies are being developed for use in a variety of applications to treat and support patients at medical institutions. However, medical information leaked from medical institutions by accessing medical devices and systems may cause serious social problems. Therefore, it is necessary to use biometric information and medical information to be exchanged in medical information generated from medical devices applied to IoT and context awareness system, so that information using specialized technology is needed. It is also necessary to collaborate with the government and related organizations to improve medical information technology and improve the quality of medical services.
