부모의 거부적 양육태도가 스마트폰 의존도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

최근 코로나 19의 여파로 등교가 줄어들고 온라인 비대면 수업이 활성화 되면서 청소년들의 스마트폰 의존도 문제가 심각해 진 것으로 나타났다. 스마트폰은 우리 생활을 편리하게 해주고 유용함을 안겨주지만 그 사용이 지나칠 경우 다양한 문제를 발생시키는데 2020년 스마트폰 과의존 실태조사에서 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존 위험군이 다른 연령대에 비해 가장 큰 상승폭을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년의 스마트폰 사용에 대한 문제에 관심을 갖고 이에 대한 해결책을 마련해야 하는데 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 의존에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들 중 특히 청소년의 경우 부모관계 및 또래관계가 중요하다고 보아 부모의 양육태도와 사회적 관계와 관련이 있는 거부적 양육태도와 사회적 위축에 주목하였다. 즉 거부적 양육태도가 스마트폰 의존도에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 사회적 위축의 매개효과를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 거부적 양육태도는 사회적 위축에 그리고 사회적 위축은 스마트폰 의존도에 유의미한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 거부적 양육태도는 스마트폰 의존도에 유의미한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 거부적 양육태도가 스마트폰 의존도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 사회적 위축이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 매개효과의 검증을 위하여 붓스트래핑을 실시한 결과에서도 거부적 양육태도는 사회적 위축을 매개로 스마트폰 의존도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 양육태도의 중요성을 강조하고 수용적, 지지적인 양육태도를 지닐 수 있도록 부모 대상 프로그램이나 부모교육 등을 확대해 나가는 것이 필요하며, 사회적 위축과 관련하여 사회성 훈련이나 대인관계기술 프로그램의 실시 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Recently, in the aftermath of Corona 19, school attendance has decreased and online non-face-to-face classes have been activated, and the problem of teens dependence on smartphones has become more serious. Smartphones make our lives convenient and useful, but if they are used excessively, various problems occur. appear. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the problem of adolescents smartphone use and come up with a solution. Attention was paid to the negative parenting attitude and social withdrawal that were related to the child and the social relationship. In other words, the purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of social Withdrawal in the relationship between the negative parenting attitude and the dependence on smartphones. As a result of the study, it was found that negative parenting attitude had a significant positive effect on social withdrawal and social withdrawal had a significant positive effect on smartphone dependence. In addition, the negative parenting attitude was found to have a significant positive effect on smartphone dependence, indicating that social withdrawal had a mediating effect in the process of the negative parenting attitude affecting smartphone dependence. Also, in the results of bootstrapping to verify the mediating effect, it was found that the negative parenting attitude had an effect on smartphone dependence through social Withdrawal. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of parenting attitude and expand parental programs and parent education so that children can have a receptive and supportive parenting attitude.
