국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 노인을 위한 주야간 요양시설에서 물리치료 서비스에 대한 수요를 조사하는 것이다. 전라도의 주야간 요양시설에서 온 요양시설 251명을 대상으로 주야간시설 물리치료 서비스의 참고자료를 바탕으로 자가 설문에 응답하여 개인정보, 물리치료에 대한 인식 및 필요성, 관리계획, 주야간 물리치료 기대효과 등을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 주야간 요양시설 시스템에서 물리치료 서비스가 적법하고 신속하게 정착되기 위해서는 정부의 절대적인 지원과 의료진의 적극적인 노력, 주간 물리치료 서비스의 추가적인 수정이 필요하다. 보험적용을 위한 야간 비용은 기관이 밤낮으로 물리 치료 서비스를 인정하고 다른 의료 전문가와 협력할 수 있습니다. 따라서, 주야간병원 시설에 안정적이고 전문화된 물리치료 서비스가 확립되어야 하며, 이 시스템이 도입되어 문제 없이 적용된다면 환자나 환자의 경제적, 사회적 문제를 해결함으로써 삶의 질 향상에 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the demand for physical therapy services in day and night care facilities for the elderly. Methods: 251 people answered the self administrated questionnaires based on the references of physical therapy services in day and night care facilities and surveyed the personal information, awareness and the need of physical therapy, management plan, and expectation effectiveness of physical therapy in day and night care facilities from a day and night care facilities in Jeolla-do. Results: The results of this study, in order to legally and quickly estabilsh the physical therapy services in day and night care facilities system, It needs absolute support from the government, medical professionals effective effort, additional modification of the physical therapy services in day and night costs for insurance coverage can be, institutions acknowledge of physical therapy services in day and night, and cooperation with other health professionals. Conclusion: A reliable and specialized physical therapy services in day and night care facilities must be established and if this system is introduced and applied with no problems, it will help to improve the quality of life through solving the economic and social problems to patients or their families in home welfare.
