영문 초록

This paper is to ascertain how the intellectual in the 18th century perceived reality and developed statecraft a little through Anseokgyeong s ｢Uidae -jeongdaechaek: The policy for the palace courtyard｣. In consequence, he showed the propensity to learning of 反覆精熟(Banbokjeongsuk): By repeating, To complete knowledge of and get into the swing of objects , as carrying on one-sided Naklon s academic traditions by Yigan and varying the other side of it starting with 人物性同論(Inmulseongdonglon): The theory that the nature of human is one with the objects As well as, he judged those days a civilized crisis, strengthened the ideal factor of civilization , and then stood at practical thinking to realize it. As a result, he understood those days contradiction or evil as the code of it and searched for solution from a practical standpoint in ｢Uidaejeongdaechaek｣. He first gave weight to the role of the gentry and the king who was the main of governing related with settling some troubles. This is based on his perception that a upright governing is possible when the executive subject is perfect character in moral. Mainly it was brought up as a substitute when the role of the subject occupied an important part: educating public morals or a case connected with a king. Also, he denounced the discrepancy of the institute and made better it by reforming the whole or part occasionally. It is worthy of notice that he found the original settlement grounded on the democracy.
