국립공원 삭도 운영 구간의 탐방객 이용 특성 및 훼손 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국립공원 내 삭도 운영 구간의 탐방객 이용 특성, 삭도 정류장 시점과 종점 일대의 훼손 현황, 시각 경관 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 설악산 삭도 이용객 95%가 권금성을 방문함에 따라 종점에서 주 탐방로까지의 집중적인 훼손의 요인이 되었다. 삭도 운영 구간은 정류장, 상업시설, 편의시설, 주차장 조성 등으로 1차적인 훼손이 발생하였다. 삭도 이용 탐방객의 일시적이고 집중적인 이용으로 정류장 주변, 탐방로, 우수 조망점에서 2차적인 훼손이 발생하였다. 설악산국립공원 삭도 시점 일대 환경피해도는 3등급이 9,848㎡, 4등급이 8,407㎡이었다. 내장산국립공원 삭도 종점 일대 환경피해도는 3~6등급이 984.4㎡이었다. 덕유산국립공원 삭도 종점 일대 환경피해도는 5등급이 5,017㎡이었다. 삭도 시각 경관 영향 분석결과, 주요 동선에서 보이는 직접가시권, 삭도를 타면서 보이는 간접가시권 등 불량경관 면적은 설악산 3,022,752㎡, 내장산 1,747,424㎡, 덕유산 6,937,782㎡ 이었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of visitor use of the ropeway operation section in National Park, the status of damage around the departure and destination point of the ropeway, and the impact of the visual landscape. 95% of the ropeway users of Seoraksan National Park visited Gwongeumseong. Therefore, damage occurred from the destination point of the ropeway to the main viewing point. When the ropeway was operated, primary damage to the ropeway stop, commercial facilities, convenience facilities, parking lot, etc. occurred. Secondary damage occurred around destination point, trails, and viewpoints because of the temporary and intensive use of the ropeway. As a result of the condition rating class analysis around the destination point of the ropeway in Seoraksan National Park, the 3rd grade was 9,848㎡ and the 4th grade was 8,407㎡. The condition rating class around the destination point of the ropeway in Naejangsan National Park was 984.4㎡ for grades from 3 to 6. The condition rating class around the destination point of the ropeway in Deogyusan National Park was 5,017㎡. As a result of analyzing the visual landscape effect of the ropeway, the direct line of sight seen from the main movement trail and the indirect line of sight seen while riding the ropeway were analyzed. The area of these poor landscapes is as follows: Seoraksan National Park was 3,022,752㎡, Naejangsan National Park was 1,747,424㎡, and Deogyusan National Park was 6,937,782㎡.
