국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중국 대학 수영 학생 선수들을 대상으로 하여 중국 대학 수영지도자의 의사소통 능력이 학생 선수의 운동몰입, 자아존중감, 지속적 참여 의도에 미치는 영향을 탐구함으로써 중국 대학 수영 학생 선수들의 운동 몰입, 자아존중감을높이고 지속적 참여를 유도하기 위한 효과적인 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 SPSS 26.0을활용하여 탐색적 요인 분석, 상관관계 분석, 더미 회귀분석 등을 거쳐 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국대학 수영 학생 선수 개인의 일반적 특성은 학생 선수의 운동 몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 수영지도자의 의사소통 능력이높을수록 학생 선수의 운동 몰입에 긍정적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 대학생 수영선수의 일반적 특성은자아존중감에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 수영지도자의 의사소통 능력이 높을수록 학생 선수의 자아존중감도 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 대학생 수영 선수 개인의 일반적 특성 중 성별에 대한 요소만 학생 선수의 지속적 참여 의도에 긍정적 영향을미치며, 수영지도자의 의사소통 능력에서도 일부 요소만 학생 선수의 지속적 참여 의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Chinese university swimmers communication skills on the student athlete s exercise commitment, self-esteem, and continued participation intention by targeting Chinese university swimmers. It aims to find effective ways to increase self-esteem and induce continuous participation. To achieve the purpose of this study, results were derived through exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and dummy linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.0. The result is as follows. First, it was found that the general characteristics of individual Chinese university swimmers have a direct effect on the student athlete s exercise immersion, and that the higher the swimming instructor s communication ability, the more positive the student athlete s exercise commitment. Second, the general characteristics of Chinese college swimmers have a positive effect on self-esteem, and the higher the communication ability of the swimming instructor, the higher the self-esteem of the student swimmers. Third, among the general characteristics of individual Chinese university swimmers, only the gender factor positively affects the student athlete s intention to participate, and only some factors in the communication ability of the swimming instructor increase the student athlete s intention to continue participating.
