영문 초록

In this study, the structural changes in the housing market, South Korea. And we compared the use of rent with deposit as to buy a house in terms of cost. Korean recent housing market and low interest rates persist and lease on a deposit basis prices are constantly rising. Therefore, the proportion of assurance rent has increased significantly.
