국문 초록

이 연구는 심리운동 활동이 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 놀이자발성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데에 목적이 있다. 이에 이 연구는 놀이자발성 하위요인 중 신체적 자발성, 사회적 자발성, 인지적 자발성, 유희적 자발성 및 유머 감각을 포함하는 심리운동 활동을 선정하여 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동에게 적용하였다. 심리운동 활동을 회당 40분, 총 12회기실시하였고, 사전 및 사후 검사를 통해 놀이자발성의 하위요인 중 신체적 자발성, 사회적자발성, 인지적 자발성, 유희적 자발성 및 유머 감각의 변화를 알아보았다. 연구결과는자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 특성을 고려하여 구성하는 심리운동 활동을 적용하였을 때 놀이자발성 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구는 심리운동활동이 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 놀이자발성에 긍정적인 영향을 줌으로써 나아가 자폐성장애를 갖는 아동에 대한 구체적인 적용 방법을 제시한 것에 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다고생각한다.

영문 초록

The study aims to find out the effects of psychological exercise on the spontaneity of children with autism spectrum disorder. Thus, the study selected psychological exercise activities including physical spontaneity, social spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, playful spontaneity, and sense of humor among the sub-factors of play spontaneity and applied them to children with autism spectrum disorder. The study conducted a total of 12 trials of psychological exercise activities per 40 minutes per child with autism spectrum disorder, and examined changes in physical spontaneity, social spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, and humorous sense among the sub-factors of play spontaneity through pre-and post-examination. The results of the study show that psychological exercise activities, which are organized in consideration of the characteristics of children with autism spectrum disorder, can have a positive effect on the improvement of play spontaneity. The study believes that psychological exercise activity can have a positive effect on the play spontaneity of children with autism spectrum disorder, which further suggests specific application methods for children with frequent autism spectrum disorders.
