국문 초록

본 연구는 조직 내 사회자본과 조직문화는 조직구성원들의 상호작용과 의사소통, 인과관계를 통해 형성되고 공유되어지는 가치와 신념체계라 할 수 있다. 조직구성원의 인식과 조직 분위기에 따라 변화되는 사회자본과 조직문화는 깊은 관련성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 조직 내 사회자본과 조직문화 간에 인과관계가 있다고 전제한다. 이를 위해 지방공기업인 서울주택도시공사 직원들의 인식을 중심으로 사회자본이 조직문화에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 분석결과, 신뢰, 호혜적 규범, 네트워크는 혁신문화, 관계문화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 사회자본과 조직문화 간의 인과관계가 발견되었다. 이처럼 사회자본은 조직문화의 영향요인이 될 수 있으며, 조직문화는 이미 형성되어진 고정된 것이 아닌 사회자본에 의해 변화될 수 있는 것이다.

영문 초록

The social capital and organizational culture in the organization are the values and belief structure that are formed and shared through the interaction, communication, and interpersonal relationship of the organizational members. There is a strong relationship between social capital and organizational culture that changes according to the perception of organizational members and the organizational atmosphere. In this study, it is assumed that the social capital and organizational culture in the organization are causal relationship. Based on this background, this study aims to analyze the effect of social capital on organizational culture, focusing on the perceptions of employees of Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation. As a result of the analysis, trust, reciprocity norm, network have positive (+) effect on adhocracy culture and clan culture. The result of this study revealed a causal relationship between social capital and organizational culture. Social capital can be an influential factor of organizational culture, and organizational culture can be changed by social capital, not fixed ones already formed.
