주왕산국립공원 저서성 대형무척추동물의 종 다양성 및 군집특성

국문 초록

본 연구는 2017년 4월부터 10월까지 주왕산국립공원에서 과거 미 조사지역과 중점조사지역을 대상으로 저서성 대형무척추동물의 종다양성 및 군집특성을 조사하고자 하였다. 조사결과, 저서성 대형무척추동물은 총 5문 7강 17목 68과 131종이 출현하였다. 개체군 크기별 기대종 분석결과는 St. 14에서 101개체 당 22종으로 가장 높은 기대종을 보였으나, St. 1에서는 101개체당 3종으로 낮은 기대종을 나타냈다. 우점도지수는 최상류인 St.15가 0.23으로 가장 안정적인 군집양상을 유지하고 있었다. 다양도지수는 St. 14에서 2.86, 균등도지수는 주산지(St.1)에서 0.99, 풍부도지수는 St. 14에서 5.60으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 섭식기능군은 잡아먹는무리와 주워먹는무리가 비교적 높게 출현하였고, 계곡의 대형무기물질이 풍부한 St. 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15에서는 썰어먹는무리 출현이 비교적 높았으며, St. 1. 5, 10, 11에서는 정수성 서식처의 종조성을 반영하는 주워먹는무리와 잡아먹는무리 등 2개의 섭식기능군이 나타났다. 과거(1985년)부터 현재까지(2017년) 주왕산국립공원에 서식하는 저서성 대형무척추동물은 총 5문 8강 19목 88과 165속 250종으로 나타나 국립공원 정기 모니터링과 학술연구 수행하는데 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The objectives of this study were to identify the communities structure and species diversity in relation to un-investigated and priority investigate regions in Juwangsan National Park. The species were collected from 15 sites during April to October in 2017. The identified species were 131 species belong to 68 families, 17 orders 7 classes, and 5 phyla. As a results of Rarefaction curve analysis, St. 14 (22 species / 101 Inds./m2) showed the highest expected species number, while St. 1 (3 species / 101 Inds./m2) were the lowest expected species number compared with the other sites. In the results of community analysis, the lowest value of dominance index was 0.23 in St. 15, diversity index was 2.86 in St. 14, richness index was 5.60 in St. 14, and evenness index was 0.99 in St. 1, respectively. In the functional feeding groups, gathering-collectors and predators groups in Juwangsan National Park were relatively highest compared to the other functional feeding groups. Shredders group at St. 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, which caused by inhibiting CPOM (Coarse Particulate Organic Matter) supply from terrestrial, showed the relatively higher than those at the other sites. Whereas at St. 1, 5, 10, 11, which is characterized by a stagnant water, were composed mainly gathering-collectors and predators. From 1985 to 2017, the benthic macroinvertebrate inhabitants in Juwangsan National Park were 250 species belonging to 165 genera, 88 families, 19 orders, 8 classes, 5 phyla, which are considered to be important data for monitoring and research.
