국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 질적 연구를 통해 폐경 여성의 불면증에 대한 경험의 의미와 본질이 무엇인지 이해하고자 하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 폐경 여성의 불면증 경험의 의미를 파악하고 이해하기 위해 인간 경험의 의미에 중점을 두고 본질을 파악하고자 van Manen의 연구방법을 적용한 해석학적 현상학적 연구이다. 연구 결과 체험된 신체성, 관계성, 시간성 및 공간성을 바탕으로 불면증과 관련된 경험의 본질적 주제가 마음 먹은 대로 되지 않지만, 최선을 다함, 끝나지 않는 밤, 가시방석 같은 침실, 가족의 지지 속에서 나를 수용하기로 도출되었다. 본 연구에서는 폐경 여성의 폐경 후 경과기간이 다양하였으므로 앞으로 폐경 후 경과기간에 따른 참여자의 특성을 구분하는 추후 연구가 이루어지기를 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and nature of the experiences of menopausal women with insomnia through qualitative research. This study is a hermeneutic phenomenological study applying van Manen s research method to grasp the essence of the human experience in order to grasp and understand the meaning of the insomnia experience of menopausal women. As a result, based on the experienced body, relationship, time and space, the essential theme of the experience related to insomnia was not as desired, but it was derived from doing our best, never ending night, bedroom like thorn cushion, and Accepting me with family support. Postmenopausal women s post-menopausal period was varied, so it is suggested that a further study to classify the characteristics of participants according to the post-menopausal period in the future.
