국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 경기교육종단연구 7차년도(2018년도, 고등학교 1학년) 자료를 활용하여 부모의 양육태도(감독형)가 청소년 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에서 교우관계, 교사관계, 교사사기, 학교만족도 변인의 매개효과와 조절효과를 탐색하는 것이다. 분석에 포함된 자료는 5,410명으로 남학생은 2,729명(50.4%), 여학생은 2,681명(9.6%)이었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 양육태도(감독형)은 청소년의 교우관계, 교사관계, 교사사기, 학교만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도(감독형)가 청소년 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에서 교우관계, 교사관계, 교사사기, 학교만족도는 부분 매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 부모의 양육태도(감독형)와 진로성숙도의 관계에서 청소년 교우관계, 교사관계, 교사사기, 학교만족도 등 학교생활의 긍정적 적응이 진로성숙도 향상에 긍정적 효과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 셋째, 부모의 양육태도(감독형)와 진로성숙도의 관계가 교우관계, 교사관계, 교사사기, 학교만족도 정도에 따라 달라지는지 조절효과를 검증한 결과 교사사기 변인이 부모의 양육태도(감독형)와 진로성숙도 관계를 통계적으로 유의하게 조절하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating and moderating effects of peer relationship, teacher relationship, teacher morale, and school satisfaction on the relationship between the parenting type and career maturity of adolescents. This study used the Gyeonggi-do Institute of Education’s Education Longitudinal study of 7 years(2018, first grade of high school students). The total number of participants was 5,410, with 2,729(50.4%) male students and 2,681(9.6%) female students. Results obtained from the analyses were as follows. First, the parenting type(supervision type) had a positive effects on peer relationship, teacher relationship, teacher morale, and school satisfaction. The more positive the parenting type(supervision type), the more peer relationship, teacher relationship, teacher morale, and school satisfaction were increased. Second, peer relationship, teacher relationship, teacher passion, and school satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between the parenting type and career maturity of adolescents. Third, only teacher passion moderated the relationship between parenting type and career maturity.
