국문 초록

연구 배경: 자연과 생활 환경이 수십 년 동안 급격한 변화를 겪으면서 중금속이 인체에 축적되기 시작했다. 중금속은 미량으로도 축적되면 잘 배출되지 않으며, 장시간 계속 섭취하면 만성 중독 증상을 유발한다. 방법: 중금속 축적을 확인하는 방법은 여러 가지가 있지만 모발을 이용한 검사가 유용하다. 중금속 모발 검사는 지난 3개월 동안 일상 생활에서 노출된 유해 성분과 영양 상태를 분석할 수 있다. 따라서 2019년 1월부터 12월까지 반에 이치 클리닉을 방문하여 모발 중금속 검사를 받은 남자 15,948명과 여자 20,767명을 분석했다. 결과: 각 중금속마다 차이가 있지만 소아군에서는 납과 알루미늄이 축적되어 있었고 성인군에서는 수은과 비소가 많았다. 성별에 따라 분석하면 남성이 여성보다 높은 경향이 있지만 알루미늄은 남성보다 여성이 더 높았다. 분석 결과 유해 중금속 노출 수준을 분석하고 적절한 해독 요법을 시행하면 질병을 예방하고 환경을 예측할 수 있다. 결론: 인체에 중금속이 축적된 상태를 파악하기 위해 국내에서 모발 분석 연구를 더욱 적극적으로 진행하고 그 결과를 건강 유지 수단으로 활용해야 한다.

영문 초록

Background: Heavy metals have started to accumulate in the human body as the natural and living environments have undergone rapid changes for decades. Heavy metals do not discharge well when accumulated even in trace amounts, and cause chronic poisoning symptoms when continuously consumed for a long time. Methods: There are various methods to check the accumulation of heavy metals, but inspection using hair is useful. The heavy metal hair test can analyze the harmful elements and nutritional status exposed in daily life for the last 3 months. Therefore, from January 2017 to December 2019, 15,948 men and 20,767 women who had undergone hair heavy metal tests were analyzed by visiting medical institutions located in VANH Clinic. Results: Although there is a difference by element, lead and aluminum are needed in the pediatric group, and mercury and arsenic are high in the adult group. When analyzed according to gender, men tended to be higher than women in general, but aluminum was higher in women than men. After analyzing, we concluded that by analyzing the level of exposure to harmful heavy metals and performing the appropriate detoxification therapy, it is possible to prevent the disease and predict the environment. Conclusion: In order to find out the state of accumulation of heavy metals in the human body, we hope to actively conduct research on hair analysis in Korea and use the results as a means to maintain our health.
