대학생의 내·외향성과 대인관계만족도가 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

연구의 목적은 대학생의 일반적 특성, 스마트폰 이용현황, 스마트폰 중독, 내·외향성, 대인관계만족도를 조사하고, 대학생 스마트폰 중독에 따른 내·외향성, 대인관계만족도를 확인하여 스마트폰 중독을 효과적으로 예방하고자 함이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경남소재 응급구조과 중 편의 표집하여 일개 학교인 M대학교응급구조과 재학생 211명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2019년 6월 17일부터 6월 20일까지였다. 연구도구는 내·외향성 척도, 대인관계만족도, 스마트폰 중독이고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0프로그램 중 X²test t-검정, ANOVA, Sheffe Test, Correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis를 사용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 스마트폰 중독은 60점 만점에 평균 32.65±7.84점으로 나타났고, 스마트폰을 가장 많이 사용하는 장소는 ‘집’, 스마트폰 사용 시간은 ‘4시간 이상’이 가장 많았다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 내·외향성으로 대상자의 연령, 한 달 사용 용돈에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 스마트폰 이용형태에 다른 대인관계 만족도로 스마트폰 사용 기능 중 ‘음악 및 동영상’과 ‘모바일 메신저 및 SNS서비스’, 그리고 스마트폰 사용 이유 중 ‘재미있어서’, ‘스트레스를 해소하기 위해서‘ 항목에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대학생 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 내·외향 점수, 대인관계 만족도, 스마트폰 사용 시간에 대한 설명력은 24.6%이었다. 본 연구 결과로 대인관계만족도는 스마트폰 중독과 유의미한 음의 상관관계가 있으며, 내·외향성은 대인관계만족도와 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위하여 가능한 집에 있는 시간을 줄여 스마트폰 사용 시간을 감소시키고, 대인관계증진 프로그램 개발 등이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate general characteristics of university students, current status of smartphone use, smartphone addiction, introversion·extraversion , and interpersonal satisfaction, and to prevent smartphone addiction effectively by confirming introversion·extraversion and interpersonal satisfaction according to college student smartphone addiction. The subjects of this study were 211 students of the Emergency Rescue Department of M University, from June 17 to June 20, 2019, who were selected from the Emergency Rescue Department in Gyeongnam.,The research tools were introversion·extraversion , interpersonal satisfaction, and smartphone addiction. The collected data were analyzed using X2test t-test, ANOVA, Sheffe Test, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Recession Analysis among SPSS WIN 22.0 program. The average score of smartphone addiction was 32.65±7.84 out of 60, and the most frequently used place of smartphone was home and more than 4 hours . The subjects introversion·extraversion showed significant differences in age and monthly allowance, and the smartphone usage type showed significant differences in music and video , mobile messenger and SNS service , and fun among the smartphone usage functions as interpersonal satisfaction, and to relieve stress among the reasons for smartphone use. The factors affecting the smartphone addiction of university students were introversion·extraversion , interpersonal satisfaction, and explanation of smartphone usage time was 24.6%. The results of this study showed that interpersonal satisfaction had a significant negative correlation with smartphone addiction, and introversion· extraversion had a significant positive correlation with interpersonal satisfaction. In order to prevent smartphone addiction, it is necessary to reduce the time of smartphone use by reducing the time available at home and to develop interpersonal relationship enhancement programs.
