영문 초록

In general, the hydraulic system use with a pressure control valve, a flow control valve and a directional control valve. The directional control valve is generally use to operate cylinders or hydraulic motors depending on the direction of operation for the hydraulic system, rather than sides that take account of the load side of the hydraulic system. In addition, the directional control valve also affects the characteristics of the pressure and flow rate acting on the load side of the hydraulic system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the directional control valve by solenoid driven on the system through numerical analysis on the characteristics of the valve. In addition, we investigate the technical problems that can occur when the directional control valve is to be used as the proportional directional control valve through the numerical simulation response of the directional control valve.
