국문 초록

이 논문은 최근 문재인 정부의 국정과제로 추진 중인 ‘장애인의 탈시설화’에 대비한 ‘심리운동의 역할과 과제’를 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 탈시설화 개념과 철학, 국내 시설보호 현황과 탈시설화 정책 추진 상황, 탈시설 장애인의 경험과 특성, 탈시설 장애인 지원방안으로서의 심리운동의 의의와 과제를 살펴보았다. 탈시설장애인은 오랜 시설생활로 인해 자극과 움직임이 부족하며 이에 따른 발달지체와 심리적 어려움, 소통과 욕구표명의 어려움, 가족과 시설종사자와의 갈등, 낮선 환경으로 이전하여 새로운 관계를 맺고 적응하는 과정에서 심리 및 인간관계의 어려움, 지역사회에서의 고립감과 외로움을 겪는다. 그러므로 소통에 어려움을 겪는 탈시설 장애인의 욕구 파악을 위한 접근방법 개발과 심리 및 사회관계 지원서비스의 필요성이 높은 상황이다. 심리운동은 이러한 필요성에 하나의 해답을 제공할 수 있는 좋은 접근방법이다.

영문 초록

The aims of this article is to look for the way to support de-institutionalized disabled person through psychomotorik in preparation for de-institutionalization which is being driven by Moon government as their national political task. For this, I looked into the necessity & understanding of de-institutionalization, concepts & philosophy of deinstitutionalization, experiences & their characteristics of de-institutionalized disabled person, the meaning of psychomotorik as the way of support for de-institutionalized disabled person, status & challenges of psycho motorik. Because de-institutionalized disabled persons lack outside stimulation and physical activity due to their long term institutionalization, they suffer developmental & psychological difficulties, communication & desire expression difficulties, conflict with the family & staffs of the institution, difficulties in psychology & relationship in the process of moving and adopting and relating to the different environment, loneliness in the community, etc. So it s highly necessary to develope the means to find out the needs of de-institutionalized disabled persons who suffer communication difficulty and to establish social relationship & psychology support service.
