영문 초록

Growth hormone in adults reduce body fat and increase body muscle and bone density, so they are associated with anti- aging. Cardiovascular mortality in adults with deficiency of growth hormone can rise to twice in normal adults. Because the low level of growth hormone is directly related to the aging of blood vessels, hormone therapy can be a solution for blood vessel health in the elderly. Hormone therapy was effective in reducing subcutaneous fat and visceral fat, growing muscle, improving motor skills, and improving heart function for adult patients with deficiency of growth hormone. If the elderly gets hormone therapy with a balanced diet and exercise, they can live a healthy life.
