네트워크 분석(network analysis)을 활용한 국내 대학원 인적자원개발 전공 교육과정 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 네트워크 분석을 활용한 국내 대학원 인적자원개발 전공의 교육과정을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 서울과 수도권 및 6대 광역시에 있는 대학원들 중 일반대학원과 특수대학원을 포함하여 교육학과와 관련 학과 49개 전공에 설치되어 있는 741개 교과목을 대상으로 네트워크 분석(network analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 빈도와 연결중심성 측면에서 평생학습 및 교육 노드가 가장 높은 수준을 보였으며, 다음으로 HRD, 기업교육, 성인학습 및 교육/프로그램 개발, 리더십, 실습, 원격교육, 교수방법론, 컨설팅, 분석의 순으로 나타났다. 평생학습 및 교육의 노드가 가장 높은 빈도와 중심성을 보인 것은 한국 HRD 교육과정의 특징이라고 볼 수 있으며, 평생교육사 자격증 과정과도 관련이 있다. 또한 핵심 노드인 평생학습 및 교육, HRD에 대하여 에고네트워크 분석을 추가적으로 실시하였다. 분석 결과, HRD전문가 양성을 위한 교육과정들은 계속교육기관인 공공기관이나 민간에서 시행되는 교육과정들보다 보다 이론적이고 전통적인 교육학 교과목들인 교육프로그램개발, 교수학습이론에 집중되어 있다는 점이 나타났다. 또한 HRD의 현장지향적인 성격과 학문적 정체성 확립을 위한 연구 위주의 주제어들이 혼재되어 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

영문 초록

The research aims to analyze the curriculum of graduate school Human Resource Development(HRD) majors in Korea using network analysis. The study conducted a network analysis of the curriculum, which was established in 49 major departments of education and related departments, among graduate schools in Seoul and the six metropolitan cities in Korea, including general and special graduate schools. The analysis results showed that the ‘lifelong learning and education’ was the node with the highest degree centrality, followed by ‘HRD’, ‘corporate education’, ‘adult learning and education’ / ‘program development’, ‘leadership’, ‘practice’, ‘remote education’, ‘teaching methodology’, ‘consulting’ and ‘research analysis’. The fact that lifelong learning and education resulted as the node with highest degree centrality is connected to HRD professionals training institution in Korea, which can be regarded as characteristic of HRD, and is also related to the transfer of certificates of ‘lifelong learning educator’. Also, we conducted an additional analysis of ego network for lifelong learning and education and HRD. Compared to graduate schools and public or private educational institutions, the curriculum for the training of HRD professionals is more focused on program development and teaching, learning theory than the theoretical and traditional education curriculum. The study also found a mixture of research-oriented topics for establishing the HRD s field-oriented nature and academic identity.
