사설유도체육관 수련생의 교육프로그램 및 시설 만족에 관한연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 사설유도체육관 수련생의 교육 프로그램 및 시설에 대한 만족도를 알아 유도 체육관 운영에 도움이 되는 방안을 찾고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 2013년 현재 경기도 P시와 S시의 사설 유도체육관에서 유도운동에 참여하고 있는 수련자로 하였으며, 다단계 유층집락 무선표집법(multistage stratified cluster random sampling)에 의해 236명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 조사도구는 문대현(2001)과 이현준(1999)이 사용한 “사설유도체육관 수련생의 교육 프로그램 및 시설 만족”이라는 설문지를 사용하였으며, 배경변인으로 인구통계학적 특징, 독립변인으로 유도 참가정도, 종속변인으로는 유도 교육프로그램 및 체육관시설로 구성하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도 검사 결과 변인의 전체신뢰도는 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 타당도는 1, 2차에 걸친 전문가 회의를 구성하여 검증하였다. 설문지에 대해 응답이 완성된 자료를 부호화하여 입력 시킨 후 통계프로그램인 SPSS Windows 13.0 Version을 이용하여 목적에 따라 전산처리하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석(Frequency analysis), 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis), 분산분석(One-way ANOVA), 교차분석(Crosstabs)을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구 방법과 절차에 따라 분석한 연구 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 사설유도체육관 수련생의 참가기간, 참가강도, 참가빈도는 교육프로그램의 효과에 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 사설유도체육관 수련생의 참가기간, 참가강도, 참가빈도는 시설만족에 영향을 주었다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to investigate educational program and faeilities satisfaction of proprietary judo gymnasium students find the helful way how manage judo gymnasium. The subject of investigation are students who practice judo at propietary judo school gymnasium in P city, C city and select 236 students by multistage stratified duster random sampling. Instrument of investigations are made up of questionaines which were used by moon(2001), and lee(1999), background veriables are characteristic of population statistics, independent veriables are degree of judo partipation depardent variables are judo educational programs and gymnasium. In the test of questionnaires reliability results, variable s whole reliabilitis, shown comparatively high and properderees are investigated by twice professional meetings. Encode and input the data which are completed answering the question 1est. Then data process through the aim by using the statistic program. Analyze the data by Frequency, heliability analysis, One-way ANOVA, Grosstabs. This study brings the follow analysis conclusions by using such study way and procedure. First, proprietary judo gymnasium students participation period, intensity, freguence had an influence on effect of educational programs. Second, proprietary judo gymnasium students participation period, intensity, freguence had an effect on facility satisfgaction.
