태권도장 사범의 지도행동유형이 수련생들의 참여욕구 및 긍정적 사고에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 태권도장 사범의 지도행동유형이 수련생들의 참여욕구 및 긍정적 사고에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지 밝히는 것이다. 목적을 달성하기 위하여 비확률 표본추출법 중 편의표본 추출을 활용하여 전라도에 소재하고 있는 태권도장에서 수련하는 중·고등학생 250명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 불성실한 49부를 제외한 201부를 본 연구의 분석 데이터로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC 18.0을 이용하여 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 권위/훈련적 지도가 정의적 욕구에, 민주적 지도와 권위/훈련적 지도는 외형적 욕구에, 권위/훈련적 지도와 민주/긍정적 지도는 인지적 욕구에, 권위/훈련적 지도와 민주/긍정적 지도 그리고 사회적 지도는 보편적 욕구에, 귄위/훈련적 지도는 심동적 욕구에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 권위/훈련적 지도와 민주/ 긍정적 지도 그리고 사회적 지도는 주관적 만족에, 권위/훈련적 지도와 민주/긍정적 지도는 목표추구에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들과 결론을 토대로 하여 이 연구가 가지는 제한점을 고려하고, 후속연구에서 면접법과 관찰법의 연구 방법을 추가하여 연구하게 되면 더욱 가치 있는 연구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of taekwondo master’s teaching method types on participating desire and positive thinking of taekwondo trainer. Selected population was all the taekwondo trainer from Taekwondo center at Jeolla province, 250 taekwondo trainer was sampled using cluster purposice sampling method. First, as the result of effect of taekwondo master’s teaching method types on participation desire of taekwondo trainer, the effect of imperial/training types on definition desire, democracy type and imperial/training type on apparent desire, imperial/training ype and democracy/ positive type on aware desire, imperial/training type, democracy/ positive type and social type on universal desire, imperial/training type on psychomotor desire were significantly positive. Second, as the result of effect of taekwondo master’s teaching method types on positive thinking of teakwondo trainer, the effect of imperial/training type, democracy/ positive type and social type on subjective satisfaction, imperial/training type and democracy/ positive type on pursuit of goal were significantly positive.
