족관절 염좌의 한방치료 효과에 대한 국내 임상논문 고찰

영문 초록

Objectives This study was planned to analyze Korean medical treatments of ankle sprain through the paper review. Methods We reviewed the 22 clinical trial papers concerned with ankle sprain published in Korea. We searched the clinical trial papers with keywords of ankle sprain(by Korean & English) in the search site, Koreanstudies Information Service System, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System. Results & Conclusions There were 22 clinical studies concerned with ankle sprain. 16 articles were acute ankle sprain studies, 1 article was chronic ankle sprain study, 2 articles were acute, subacute and chronic ankle sprain studies. And there was no classification about acute or chronic ankle sprain in 3 articles. The subjects of clinical trials were Bee Venom Acupuncture, Heating-Conduction Acupuncture, Acupotomy, Moxibustion Treatment, Blood-letting Cupping Treatment, Three-edged needle, Traction Therapy, Positional Release Therapy, Auricular Acupuncture, Meridian tendino-musculature taping, Dong-si Acupuncture, Acupuncture at unaffected limb, Remote acupuncture points, Acupuncture on Peroneus muscle with deep or superficial insertion. 17 articles assessed VAS(Visual Analogue Scale), 2 articles assessed NRS(Numerical Rating Scale), 8 articles assessed AHS (Ankle-Hindfoot Scale), 4 articles assessed pain threshold, 4 articles assessed ROM(Range of motion). Continual study and persistent research are needed to prove therapeutic effect of various Korean medicine treatment.
