국문 초록

잠재구인이 다차원적 속성을 가지면서 이를 측정하기 위한 문항이나 측정변수가 구인에 대한 구성요소 또는 원인으로서 기능하는 경우, 구인은 형성적 측정구조를 가지는 것으로 정의된다. 형성적 측정구조를 포함하는 SEM 모형은 PLS-SEM의 체계 내에서 비교적 용이하게 분석할 수 있으나, PLS-SEM에서는 오차가 설정되지 않는다는 점과 적합도에 대한 해석 기준이 명확하지 않다는 단점을 가진다. CB-SEM의 체계에서 MIMIC 모형의 형태로 형성적 구인을 분석할 경우 이러한 문제는 해결되지만, 모형의 식별 및 해석상의 혼동 문제와 같은 개념적․방법론적 한계가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 교사의 직무 스트레 스를 초점 구인으로 하여 형성적 측정구조로 정의되는 잠재구인에 대한 검사 개발 및 타당화 절차를 소개하였다. 또한, PLS-SEM과 CB-SEM 모형을 바탕으로 형성적 측정구조에 대한 실증적 분석을 수행함으로써 앞서 언급한 방법론적 한계와 쟁점들에 관해 논의하고 연구자들이 고려할 사항에 관해 제안하였다.

영문 초록

When a construct has multidimensional components and corresponding items or indicators for measuring it functions as constituents or causes of the construct, the construct is defined as having a formative measurement structure. Although the formative measurement structure can be incorporated in the PLS-SEM framework relatively easily, the PLS-SEM has disadvantages that errors are not specified in the model and there is no established global measure of model-data fit. This problem can be solved in the CB-SEM framework in the form of the MIMIC model, but conceptual and methodological limitations such as model identification and interpretational confounding problems have been reported. In this study, the development and validation procedure of a formative construct is introduced with the teachers ’ job stress as a focal variable. By conducting an empirical analysis based on the PLS-SEM and the CB-SEM models as well as theoretical review, the authors discussed the methodological limitations and issues mentioned above and provided suggestions for future researchers.
