영문 초록

Some suggestions on the support center for crime victims and the status of the criminal arbitration committee are discussed in this study. Insufficiency of resources and finances which is an internal limit at the initial stage of enforcement is a problem that cannot be easily solved. However, some proposals can be summarized as follows. First of all, special legislation for criminal arbitration is needed. Secondly, strengthening support system of the government is needed. Lastly, developing educational programs and sharing information of the arbitration committee are needed. If the methodology of supporting victims and of criminal arbitration is established, it can be the foundation for realizing a constitutional, welfare state which is the ultimate goal of nations.
