영문 초록

This study is to intend the foreign workers employed by our industrial sectors who will return to their homeland as Taekwondo leader for the Third Life Target to form the diplomatic background through their Taekwondo training in Korea. In this regard, the foregoing research as in the above deals with the two aspects as in the followings. However, it is shown in this study of the quantitative research of 320 people that the foreign workers tend to recommend Taekwondo rather than continue to practice steadily, Foreign workers were well suited to learn Korean culture and emotion through Taekwondo training, and it was good for Korean acquaintances. Our Korea is already experiencing the era of multicultural society. Whether we want globalization or not, the momentum changing into multicultural requires us to connect everything into one. The multicultural contents by Taekwondo should play a synergistic role in the development of new Korean culture and paradigm through effective responding to world culture in the era of globalization and multiculture.
