국문 초록

본 연구는 예술치료가 대학생들의 재학 및 졸업 후 성공적인 삶을 돕는 교양교과목으로서 자리매김할 수 있기 위해 그들의 인식 정도와 만족도를 살펴본다. 그 연구대상은 K대학교 재학생 중 예술치료 교양교과목인 ‘예술치료와 정신건강’을 수강하는 학생 52명이다. 본 연구를 위해 사전설문지를 2015년 3월 강의시작 시, 3개월 후인 6월 종강 시, 사후 설문지를 배부하였으며, SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 설문결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 대학 교양교과목에서 예술치료가 대학생에게 긍정적인 가치, 태도 및 자아정체감 형성, 의미 있는 대학생활에 도움이 되는 등 예술치료에 대한 인식 정도와 만족도에서 유의한 영향을 주었다. 본 연구 결과를 기초로 향후 대학 교양교과목에서 대학생들의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 예술치료 프로그램이 심도 있게 연구되고 대학교육현장에서 적용되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate the cognition and the satisfaction on art therapy which can help the successful life after their graduation of students in the lecture (the liberal arts) of universities. We studied 52 students who attend the lecture class of art therapy in K university and distributed the questionnaires for researching the cognition and the satisfaction on art therapy by implementing it. After that, we analyzed the questionnaires by using the SPSS(ver. 18.0). In the results of questionnaires, we have reached a conclusion that the art therapy exert significant influences of the cognition and the satisfaction to help the positive worth, attitude, identity formation, and valuable college life for university students. Therefore, we look forward to apply and develop deeply the arts therapy program to improve the life quality of future university students in the lecture class as modified by this study.
