Pierpaoli, W., Dall’ara, A, and Regelson, W.(1931) “The Pineal Control of Aging.” The Effects of Melatonin and Pineal Grafting on the Survival of Older Mee.” Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences. 621:291~313. The purpose of this study is to investigate the activities in the Total-cholesterol of sprague dawley rats after a 8-week aerobic exercise. The subjects of this study were 34 male white rats, origin of Sprague-Dawley, 12 months old(average body weight 418±0.6g) and classified by 4 groups(comparison, exercise, melatonin-injection and melatonin-exercise). The research result by this experiment is following. The supplement of antioxidants and aerobic exercise showed did ant affect on the values of serum cholesterol.
