放射線이 Lycopersicum peruvianum 및 種間雜種(L. Esculentum × L. Peruvianum)의 花粉管伸長에 미치는 影響

국문 초록

토마토의 野生種인 Lycopersicum peruvianum의 耐病性因子를 토마토에 導入하기 爲한 基礎實驗으로 L. peruvianum 및 토마토와 이 L. peruvianum과의 種間雜種의 花粉管伸長에 미치는 放射線의 處理效果를 究明코저 하였다. L. peruvianum과 種間雜種의 한 個體를 各各 榮養繁殖시켜, L. peruvianum의 chronic 處理는 0, 70, 150및 300 R/day로, acute 處理는 0, 10, 0, 30, 60, 및 100 kR을 4 kR/hr의 線量率로 處理하였으며, 種間雜種은 chronic으로만 0, 50 및 1C0 R/day로 處理하였다. 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. L. peruvianum에 放射線을 chronic 處理時花粉稔性은 線量率이 높아짐에 따라 현저히 떨어졌다. 2. L. peruvianum에 放射線을 chronic 處理時 自家受粉7時間後의 花粉管의 길이는 암수 한쪽만 處理한것 보다는 암수 양쪽을 다 處理하는 것이 길었다. 3. L. peruvianum에 種問雜種의 花粉을 受粉시켰을때의 花粉管의 길이는 對照區보다는 acute 處理가, acute 處理보다는 chronic 處理가 또한 암수處理에 있어서는 숫술處理보다는 암술處理가 길었다. 4. 이상의 結果와 結實率등을 감안할 때, 花粉管伸長을 助長시키는데는 低線量率의 chronic 處理로 암수 양쪽을 다 같이 處理하는 것이 좋으리라 推定된다.

영문 초록

To certify the effects of gamma-irradiations on the growth of pollen tubes in the style, Lycopersicum peruvianum were selfed and crossed with interspecific hybrid (L. esculentum×L. peruvianum). They were treated with chronic and acute gamma-rays before pollinations. Pollen fertilities in L. peruviaum were clearly decreased with increasing chronic dose-rates. The growth of pollen tubes, 7 hours after self pollination, in the style of L. peruvianum treated with gamma-rays, were more rapid than control. Both treatments on pistil and stamen of chronic gamma-rays were more effective than single treatment. The growth of pollen tubes of interspecific hybrid on the style of L. peruvianum were elongated by gamma-irradiations, and the tendencies were the same as aboves. In general, chronic low does-rate treatments are preferable to chronic high desecrates, and acute treatments.
