영문 초록
The Lumber Vertebra herniated disc take a physical load for the Intervertebral disk and a crack occurs to a fiber ring. As a result, a nucleus pulposus breaks a fiber ring, and the Lumber Vertebra herniated disc appears.
The projecting Intervertebral disk causes the symptom of the intense pain and numbness by pressing a nerve. I ll report 2 cases the symptom of the Lumber Vertebra herniated disc improved by a change in the posture.
