영문 초록

Waste of food (garbage) from food companies inclubing restaurant formsabout 36% of manucipal solid waste and a1most 15% of food. A1most all the garbage are incinerated as munucipa1 waste. Reduction in the manicipal waste and recycle of resources for global environmenta1 protection are appealed. Researhes on th.e recycle of resources such as methods converting garbage into feed are makimg progress. For the converting garbage into feed, th.ere are two method: dehydration meth.od with. waste coolking oi1 and direct dryingng meth.od. The two meth.ods can make good ied feed. The dehydra1 garbage fried in waste condng oi1 Ís g∞d nutritive value and good nutritive balance for animal feed. Exclusive feedinng of the dehlydrated garbage to pigs led to their good growth.. We made fish diets from the dried garbage and by-products of food manufacturing industry-"tofu" cake and fish soluble. Two 않st diets containing dried "tofu" cake (12.0%), dehydrated garbage
