국문 초록

다양한 환경으로부터 음식 물류폐수에 응집특성을 보이는 미생물 6종을 분리하였다. 동정 한 결과， 이 들은 각각 Bacillus pumillιs， Enterobacter s p., Pantotea 따똥lomerans， Bacillus licheniformis, 그리고 두종류의 Bacillus sp. 균주들로 밝혀 졌다. 분리 펀 미생물중 Enterobacter sp. (YKI02) , Bαcillus sp. (YK103) , Pantotea a짧lomerans (YKI04) 등， 3균주의 경 우， 대조군으로 사용된 분양균주 Zoogloea ramigera와 비교히며 키올린에 대한 응집 율이 모두 8 배 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. 음식 물류폐수에 대한 응집실험 에서는 Enterobacter s p. (YK102) 균주가 가장 높은 응집능을 보였으며 ， 대조군으로 시용된 Pseudomonas fluorescens보다 약 2.5 배 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Six bacteria, which showed the flocculating activity to food wastewater, were isolated from various environment. These strains were identified as Bacillus pumillιS ， Enterobacter s p., Pantotea agglomerans, Bacillus licheniformis, and two Bacillus sps. Among them, the flocculating activi ties of three str ains, s uch as Enterobacter sp. (YK102) , Bacillus s p. (YKI03) , and Pantotea αgglomerans (YK104) , were eight times or more higher than that of the control s train, Zoogloea ramigera. in the test with 0.5% kaolin. 1n the experiment with food waste water, Enterobacter sp. (YK102) showed the highest flocculating activity which was 2.5 times higher than that of a control s train, Pseudomonas fluorescens
