창의적 사고기법 활용 프로젝트 수업이 유아의 창의성 향상에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 창의성 향상을 위해 효과적인 창의체험활동 프로그램으로 ‘창의적 사고 기법 활용 프로젝트’를 제안하는데 목적을 두었다. 따라서 프로그램 개발 후 유아교육현장에 적용하는 실험을 통해 그 효과를 검정하였다. 연구대상으로 세 개 어린이집을 선정하여 S전기 직장보육시설 어린이집과 일반 어린이집을 실험집단으로 배정하고, 다른 일반 어린이집을 통 제집단으로 배정하여 3, 4, 5세 유아 총 47명을 무선 선발하여 실험에 참여시켰다. 실험전후에 실험 및 통제집단 유아들에게 유아용 창의성검사(이경화, 2014)를 사전/사후검사로 적용하였다. 그리고 실험 1, 2집단 유아들을 대상으로 창의적 사고기법 활용 프로젝트를 적용하였고, 통제 집단 유아들에게는 누리과정활동을 같은 시간에 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 집단 간 독립표본 t-test 및 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 두 실험집 단이 통제집단에 비해 창의성 향상에 효과가 있음이 나타났다(p<.01). 또한 실험집단의 사전-사후 검사 결과, 창의적 능력의 향상에 효과가 있음이 나타났다(p<.001). 실험집단과 통제집단 의 사후검사를 비교하였을 때 창의적 능력, 성향, 통합창의성 향상에 효과가 나타났고 (p<.001), 두 실험집단 간에는 차이가 없었으므로 적용효과가 유아들에게 동일하다는 것을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구 결과는 유아교육현장에서 유아의 창의성 계발을 돕기 위한 교수학습방법으로 본 연구에서 개발된 창의적 사고기법 활용 체험활동이 의미 있게 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest a creativity project instruction program utilizing creative thinking techniques on promotion of children's creativity. Confirmed by experiments in the experimental group and the control group to identify effect of creativity project utilizing creativity thinking techniques. The subjects selected the three daycare centers similar circumstances and education conditions, S-electronic daycare center as first experimental group, one general daycare center as second experimental group, and the other general daycare center as control group for experiments. 47 children in 3, 4, 5 years are randomly selected. Integrative Creativity Test(Lee, 2014) for young children was applied to the children of 2 experimental groups and control group before and after the experiment as pre/post test. Experiment 1 and 2 groups of children were subjected to creative thinking techniques utilizing experimental activities to the control group of children who were at the same time subjected the general NURI program for children. The collected data were subjected to t-test and analysis of variance between groups using independent sample SPSS WIN 21.0 program. As a result, first, both experimental groups showed that the effect on creativity improvement over the control group(p<.01). Second, the experimental group was against pre-post test results showed that the effect on the improvement of the creativity ability(p<.001), but creativity personality. Third, the effect was to improve creativity ability, creativity personality, and integrated creativity compared to the post test of both experimental and control groups(p<.001), but no difference between the experimental group shows that the program applies the effect is identical to the children. These findings suggest that creativity thinking techniques utilized activities developed in this study teaching methods to help develop the creativity of children in early childhood education can be used meaningfully.
