영문 초록

In this research, in an effort to illuminate the perception of the franchise'value and the development direction by some leading people who experiences them by way of subscription for the effective management of Taekwondo gym, we have experienced the Giorgi's situational analysis method and in-depth interview method and the results for those are as follows. First, the motives of subscription was from the belief that they receive the consulting for the management of the gym and positive perception that their gym will be activated through chaining and they were searching for a view point of companionship. Second, the positive perception was most high in the satisfaction in the variouseducations and data and goods that the company provides and the faithfulness to the company. Third, the negative point of view was the forcefulness about the application type and control and the unkindness to the member company and the continuance of this phenomenon incurred weariness and disbelief. Fourth, They were realizing the development through the co-existence between the gym and the company by way of introduction of various and selected programs for the Taekwondo gym, development of programs that is leveled and realistic, sharing of the successcases and information and mutual efforts.
