국문 초록

연구목적 : 방사선사의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 바람직한 건강관리에 도움을 주고 향후 방사선사의 건강증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 종합병원에 근무하는 방사선사 총 234명을 대상으로 건강지각과 건강증진행위에 대한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 건강지각에 대한 선문은 현재 건강, 건강관심, 민감성 등 총 20문항이었고, Cronbach's α는 0.79였다. 건강증진행위의 설문은 자아실현, 건강책임, 운동, 영양, 대인관계지지, 스트레스 관리 등 총 47문항이었고, Cronbach's α값은 0.93이었다. 건강증진행위와 관련이 있는 단변량 분석은 평균비교분석(t-test, ANOVA)을 하였고, 건강지각 요인과 건강증진행위와의 관련성은 상관분석(Pearson's Correlation Conefficient)을 하였다. 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 단계별 다중회귀분석(Etepwise Multiple Regression)을 시행하였다. 연구결과 : 일반적 특성 중 건강증진행위와 관련 있는 요인은 연령, 결혼, 연봉, 직급, 경력, 고용, 종교 등이 었고, 건강생활습관 관련 특성 중 건강증진행위와 관련이 잇는 요인은 흡연유무, 운동여부 등이었다. 대상자의 건강증진행위 수행정도는 평균 2.90점, 표준편차 0.37이었다. 민감성, 건강관심, 현재건강 등으로 구분한 건강치는 요인으로는 민감성, 현재건강, 운동여부, 흡연유무, 근무경력 등이었고, 건강지각 요인 중 민감성이 가장 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 즉 건강지각에 대한 민감성, 현재건강 점수가 높을수록 건강증진행위 점수가 높았고, 규칙적으로 운동하는 군, 과거흡연군, 근무경력이 높은 군에서 건강증진행위점수가 높았다. 결론 : 방사선사가 건강증진행위에 대한 점수를 높이려면 먼저스스로의 건강에 대해 지각하고 병에 걸리지 않으려는 노력이 필요하며, 건강한 생활을 추구하여야 한다. 또한 근무 경력과 년차에 관계없이 금연과 규칙적으로 운동을 하는 것이 반드시 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze factors that could affect healthof radiological technologists, which is useful for health care and development of programs for health promotion. Methods : Subjects were 234 of radiological technologists who work in general hospitals. Some questionaires were made about perceptions of health condition and promotional behavior of health for this study. The questionaires of health perception were 20 items that consist of the persent condition of health, health concern and sensitivity. The reliability was sufficient(Cronbach's α=0.79). The other questionaires abot health promotion behavior were 47 items that consist of self-realization, health responsibility, exercise, nutrition, personal relationships, and stress management. the results tumed out to bewas sufficient (Cronbach's α=0.93. Every data was treated statistically, comparison of average(t-test, ANOVA), correlation, and multiple regression. Results : Related factors to health promotion behavior were age, marriage, salary, class of one's position, carrer, employment, and reliagion, in general features. In health life habit, related factors were smoke and exercise. Results of health promotion behavior was 2.90 of mean score, 0.37 of standard deviation. Correlations between factors of health perception and health promotion behavior was positive(p(0.01). Health promotion behavior were affected by sensitivity, persents condition of health, exercise, smoke, career. Sensitivity was the most affectable variable, which means that promotional behavior score became higher and higher as the score of sensitivity and present condition were increased. In addition, persons who exercise regularly, had been smoked, and has higher carrer showed higher score of promotional behavior. Conclusion : Radiological technologists have to keep their health, trying not to infected by a disease. Most of all, no smoking and regular exercise are the most important thing to all of members.
