영문 초록
As a peculiar investigative means used by the investigative organ to crack a criminal case, temptation investigation is tending to be abused in practice due to the theoretical controversies and the lack of clear legislative definition. Through the analysis of several typical cases, the author tries to make a definition of the conception and characteristics of the temptation investigation, and put forward a legislative idea for standardization of the temptation investigation on the jeopardy possible to occur in the actual life.
