영문 초록

This paper aims at presenting some plan which SMEs in the East Asian region will be able to make use of e-Trade and PAA more actively through the cooperation between Korea and Russia as an identical members of APEC. APEC should perform the following to ensure adequate development of SMEs by 2020. Korea, which is an excellent e-Trade country and a key member of PAA in this area should cooperate Russia in order that she as an APEC member but as a non-member of PAA, participate into PAA activity within APEC. The writer would like to propose the following concrete plan: Firstly, Strengthening of SME's structure, Secondly, Upgrading of e-Trade and PAA Activity, Thirdly, Attracting Bogor Vision of APEC/2020 Economies and Lastly, Realizing East Asia Free Trade AREA(EAFTA).
