노인을 위한 가정환경수정 관련 연구 동향: 계량서지학적 분석

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 계량서지학적 분석을 통해 노인을 위한 가정환경수정 관련 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이 연구가 노인의 독립적인 일상생활 유지에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 Web of Science 데이터베이스를 통해 문헌을 수집하였다. 이후 VOSviewer를 활용하여 서지 정보를 기반으로 연도별 문헌 수, 학문 분야, 연구 국가 및 지역, 연구 기관, 키워드, 클러스터 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 공동저술(Co-authoring)분석과 동시출현(Co-occurrence)분석 방법이 사용되었다. 결과: 2018년 이후 매년 100편 이상의 문헌이 출판되었다. 공공환경 및 직업보건 분야에서 연구가 가장 활발하게 이루어졌으며, 국가별 분석에서는 미국이 가장 많은 인용 횟수와 연결 강도를 기록했다. 가장 많은 연구가 진행된 연구 기관은 40편의 문헌을 출판한 University of Sydney이었다. 주요 키워드로는 ‘건강’이 가장 높은 빈도와 연결 강도를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구는 계량서지학적 분석을 통해 노인을 위한 가정환경수정에 대한 연구 동향과 키워드 간의 연결성을 파악했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 이를 통해 노인의 독립적인 일상생활을 지원하기 위한 노인 복지 서비스에서 가정환경수정의 중요성을 파악하고 향후 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective: This study aimed to analyze research trends related to home modifications for older adults through bibliometric analysis and to provide fundamental data that can contribute to maintaining independent daily living in older adults. Methods: This study collected literature from the Web of Science database. Bibliographic information was analyzed using VOSviewer, considering the number of publications per year, academic fields, research countries and regions, research institutions, keywords, and cluster analysis. Co-authoring and co-occurrence analysis methods were applied in this study. Results: Since 2018, more than 100 articles have been published annually in this research area. The most active research field was public environment and occupational health. The United States recorded the highest number of citations and strongest network connections in the country-based analysis. The University of Sydney had the highest number of research publications (40 articles). Among the keywords, “health” had the highest frequency and connection strength. Conclusion: This study is significant because it identified research trends and keyword relationships related to home modifications in older adults through bibliometric analysis. These findings highlight the importance of home modifications in elderly welfare services to support independent daily living. This study provides fundamental data for future research in this field.
