국문 초록

본 연구는 커리어 탐색에 있어 중요한 시기임에도 심리 신체적 문제로 인해 원활한 커리어 탐색에 어려움을 겪는 20,30세대를 대상으로 개발한 커리어 코칭 프로그램으로, 계획된 우연 이론을 기반으로 상담과 코칭을 접목하여 프로그램을 구성하였다. 본 연구의 커리어 코칭 프로그램은 총 6회기로 구성하였다. 주요 특징으로는 첫째, 계획된 우연 이론을 참가자로 하여금 이해하고 앞으로의 우연을 적극적으로 받아들이기 위한 태도를 만드는 과정이다. 둘째, 커리어 코칭 프로그램이지만 상담적 요소를 추가하였다. 셋째, 프로그램 개발 과정에서 일반적인 교수 체제 설계의 ADDIE 모형에 초점을 맞추어 진행하였으며, 코칭의 GROW 모델을 이용한 일련의 과정을 갖고 있다. 본 연구의 커리어 코칭 프로그램은 심리 신체적 건강 문제를 이겨내고 새로운 커리어를 만들어가는 대상들에게 초점을 맞추어 개발하였다. 그러나 본 연구의 프로그램은 효과성 검증에 대한 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 프로그램을 통해서 20,30세대의 커리어 코칭 프로그램의 이론적 기초를 확립하고 심층적인 연구가 진행된다면 향후 커리어 코칭 프로그램에 대한 연구에 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is a career coaching program developed for the 20th and 30th generations who have difficulty in smooth career exploration due to psychological and physical problems, even though it is an important time for career search. The program was composed by combining counseling and coaching based on the planned happenstance theory. The career coaching program of this study consisted of a total of 6 sessions. The first characteristic is the process of creating an attitude for participants to understand the planned happenstance theory and actively accept future coincidences. Second, a counseling element was added to the career coaching program. Third, the program development process focused on the ADDIE model of general teaching system design, and it has a series of processes that use the GROW model. In this study, the career coaching program was developed with a focus on the targets who overcome psychological and physical health problems and create a new career. However, the program of this study has limitations in verifying effectiveness. Therefore, if this program establishes the theoretical basis for career coaching programs for the 20s and 30, and in-depth research is conducted, it will contribute to the research on career coaching programs in the future.
