아버지의 우울이 유아기 자녀의 외현화 문제행동에 미치는 영향 : 어머니의 양육스트레스의 매개효과

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 우울과 자녀의 문제행동 간의 관계를 살펴보고 어머니의 양육스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 방법: 한국아동패널 6차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구대상은 1,467가구이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 분석을 시행하였다. 구조방정식을 활용하여 연구모형을 검증하였으며, 매개효과의 유의성은 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 방법을 사용하였다. 결과: 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 우울과 어머니의 양육스트레스는 유아기 자녀의 외현화 문제행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 아버지의 우울은 어머니의 양육스트레스를 매개로 유아기 자녀의 외현화 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 유아기 자녀의 외현화 문제행동의 예방과 적응향상을 위해서는 아버지의 우울과 어머니의 양육스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 환경제공 및 상담프로그램 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives: This study aims to examine the relationship between father depression of infant children and problematic behavior of children and to verify the mediating effect of mother's parenting stress. Methods: Data for the 6th year of the Korean Children's Panel were used, and 1,467 households were studied. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0. The research model was verified using structural equations, and the bootstrapping method was used as the significance of the mediating effect. Results: The depression of fathers with infant children and the parenting stress of mothers directly affect the externalization problem behavior of infant children. In addition, the father's depression indirectly affects the externalization problem behavior of infant children through the mother's parenting stress. Conclusions: In order to prevent and improve the externalization problem behavior of infant children, the study suggests that support for environment provision and counseling programs to reduce father's depression and mother's parenting stress is necessary.
