불안정성인애착과 부부친밀감의 관계에서 분노표출 분노억제 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 불안정성인애착과 부부친밀감의 관계에서 분노표출과 분노억제의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기혼남녀를 대상으로 자기 보고식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 374명의 자료를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 23.0 및 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요변인의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 불안애착은 회피애착, 분노표출, 분노억제와 정적 상관관계를 보였고 부부친밀감과는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 회피애착은 분노억제와 정적 상관관계를 보였고 부부친밀감과는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 분노표출과 분노억제는 부부친밀감과 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 회피애착은 분노표출과는 상관관계를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 불안애착과 회피애착은 직접적으로 부부친밀감에 영향을 미치기보다는, 간접적으로 분노억제를 통해 부부친밀감에 영향을 미치는 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 반면 분노표출의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 부부친밀감을 높이기 위해서는 분노표출보다 분노억제를 하지 않는 게 중요하다는 걸 시사한다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 결과는 부부관계에 문제가 있는 부부상담 및 프로그램을 계획할 때 분노를 억제하지 않고 올바르게 잘 표현할 수 있게 개입하는 것이 부부간의 문제와 관계 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있는 자료를 제공하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to verify the mediating effect of anger expression and anger suppression in the relationship between insecure attachment and marital intimacy. To this end, a self-report survey was conducted targeting married men and women, and SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs were used to analyze the collected data of 374 people. The findings revealed that insecure attachment had a positive correlation with avoidant attachm ent, anger expression, and anger suppression, and a negative correlation with couple closeness. Avoidant attachment had a positive correlation with anger suppression and a negative correlation with couple closeness. Anger expression and anger suppression had a negative correlation with couple closeness. Avoidant attachment did not have a significant correlation with anger expression. Insecure attachment and avoidant attachment had an indirect effect on couple closeness through anger suppression, known as a full mediating effect. On the other hand, anger expression did not show any mediating effect. These findings suggest that suppressing anger, rather than expressing it properly, is importa nt in promoting couple closeness. The study provides important information for interventions that focus on helping couples suppress anger in couples therapy and programs. The study also discussed the limitations and suggestions for future research.
